Northeast Securities announced that its holding subsidiary Bohai Futures' wholly-owned subsidiary Bohai Rongxing received a "Notice of Administrative Penalty Advance Notification" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Bohai Rongxing is suspected of cornering and manipulating the coke 2101 futures contract, coal 2101 futures contract, as well as collusion with Xiao Jiahua to manipulate the coal 2101 futures contract. The China Securities Regulatory Commission intends to order Bohai Rongxing to make corrections, confiscate illegal gains of 10.1976 million yuan, and impose a fine of 10.1976 million yuan; Yang Huibing, Wang Ye, and Xiao Jiahua, the relevant responsible persons, will be warned and fined. This proposed penalty does not involve the company.
