After completion, Green Digital will become a subsidiary of Tansun Technology and be included in the consolidated financial statements. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring. Tansun Technology will bear an actual payment obligation of 27.5 million yuan, planning to use Green Digital to carry out crediting business operations, enhancing comprehensive competitiveness.
