Zoy Home Furnishing announced that Ms. Yu Leping, an independent director of the company, has served as an independent director for a full six years. According to relevant regulations, she will no longer hold the position of independent director of the company, as well as any committee roles within the board of directors upon departure. She will not hold any position within the company after leaving. Until new independent directors are elected at the shareholders' meeting, Ms. Yu Leping will continue to fulfill her duties and obligations as an independent director.
