The then Chairman Guo Jun, President Liang Banghai, and Vice President Huang Changsong, who was in charge of financial work, bear the main responsibility for the above-mentioned issues. The company and relevant responsible persons should seriously learn from the lessons, take effective measures to improve the quality of financial information disclosure, and submit a written rectification report to the Shaanxi Securities Regulatory Bureau within fifteen working days from the date of receiving the decision.
