The 21st ASEAN+3 Energy Ministers Meeting and the 18th East Asia Summit Energy Ministers Meeting were held in Vientiane, Laos on September 27. Deputy Director of the National Energy Administration Jingdong attended the meeting at the invitation and delivered a speech during the relevant sessions. Jingdong expressed that while China continues to advance its own energy transformation, it actively promotes global energy transformation as an advocate and contributor, adhering to the principles of consultation, joint construction, and shared benefits. Collaborating with other countries to jointly plan for global sustainable energy development, China contributes to the establishment of a fair, just, balanced, and inclusive global energy governance system. China is willing to work with other countries to address the challenges of energy transformation, actively exploring feasible cooperative paths. Looking forward to the continuous expansion of the China-ASEAN Clean Energy Center cooperation field, improving the quality and efficiency of practical cooperation, and assisting in achieving regional clean energy development goals through the joint efforts of both sides' executing institutions.
