Haiyouxincai announced that it plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Pinghu Haiyouwei by 0.1 billion yuan with its own funds, to meet the production and operation needs of its photovoltaic film and other businesses, and enhance its overall competitiveness. After this capital increase, the registered capital of Pinghu Haiyouwei will increase to 0.15 billion yuan. This capital increase has been approved by the board of directors, does not require shareholder meeting approval, and does not constitute a related party transaction or major asset restructuring.
