Citic Sec research reports pointed out that starting from September 27th, the clinker prices in the Yangtze River Delta region are planned to increase significantly by 100 yuan/ton at one time. This is mainly because some companies have a strong willingness to turn losses into profits, and companies are increasing staggered production efforts. Currently, cement prices in the Yangtze River Delta region are relatively low. The expected sharp increase in cement prices is expected to greatly restore the profitability of companies. There is room for improvement in the dividend payout ratio of cement companies, which is expected to further enhance shareholder returns.
