Citigroup and Apollo Global Management Inc. are collaborating in the rapidly growing private crediting market, agreeing to jointly conduct $25 billion worth of trades over the next five years. According to the statement, these two heavyweight Wall Street companies have formed an exclusive partnership to arrange financing for corporate and private equity clients. Mubadala Investment Co. and Apollo's insurance division Athene will also participate, with the joint venture initially focusing on the North American market.
