Today, the new energy self-use green electricity aluminum production line invested and constructed by Inner Mongolia Dian Tou Energy Corporation, a subsidiary of State Power Investment Corporation, officially started construction in Zhaqiao'er, Tongliao City, with a capacity of 0.35 million tons of green electricity aluminum. It is reported that after the project is completed and put into operation, the annual electricity consumption is expected to be 4.65 billion kilowatts, with green electricity accounting for 80%, reducing approximately 1.2 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year.
