Cinda Real Estate announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Cinda Real Estate and related parties China Cinda and Xinshengli Bao jointly subscribed to the equity of Wuhu Xinhua Bang Industrial Investment Partnership. The total subscription scale of the partnership is 0.65 billion yuan. Among them, Anhui Cinda Real Estate has contributed 0.35 billion yuan, including 0.337 billion yuan in cash and holding 20% equity of Wuhu Dingbang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. valued at 13 million yuan, accounting for 53.73% of the partnership scale. The partnership will be used to develop projects in Wuhu City, Anhui Province, with an estimated total value of about 1.19 billion yuan. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and does not require separate submission for board of directors and shareholder approval.
