"I will bring together labor, small business founders and innovators, as well as big corporations," Harris said at a fundraising event at Cipriani Wall Street in Manhattan. "We will invest together in America's competitiveness, invest in America's future. We will encourage innovative technologies such as AI and digital assets, while protecting our consumers and investors." Harris' comments mark the first time she has spoken about cryptos as the Democratic presidential candidate, and investors and crypto enthusiasts are watching to see if her approach will differ from President Joe Biden's. In two national registered voter polls released on Sunday, Harris currently leads Donald Trump. A survey conducted by NBC News from September 13th to 17th showed Harris leading the Republican candidate Trump with 49% to 44% support, within the margin of error. In a CBS/Ipsos poll conducted from September 18th to 20th, she led Trump with 52% to 48% support.
