The coating equipment has a coating width of 620mm and an adjustable line speed of 600-1200m/min. The size of the Chinese thin film capacitor market is growing rapidly, especially in the field of new energy. Capacitor film production requires ultra-thin and high-temperature resistance, with the key issue lying in how to control the thickness and crystallinity of the metal film deposition process to enhance the performance of capacitors.
