This project is the second coal quality and classification utilization project of Guanghui Energy, aiming to utilize its own coal resources advantage to promote the clean and efficient transformation of coal and the development of circular economy. The project will produce high-quality coal, coal tar, LNG, and other products, with an expected construction period of 30 months. After the project is put into operation, the annual total profit is 2.184 billion yuan, and the after-tax rate of return is 13.14%. The project has strong financial benefits and risk resistance capabilities.
