Investment bank Wedbush stated in an investor report that a series of technology stocks, particularly leading companies in the field of artificial intelligence such as Nvidia (NVDA.US), may benefit if the Federal Reserve cuts interest rates this week. Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives said, 'In short, we believe that as the Federal Reserve and Powell initiate an interest rate cut cycle this week, a macro soft landing is still possible. Technology companies' spending on artificial intelligence is still in the early stages of the cycle. We believe that the technology stocks are ready for a rise by the end of the year and in 2025.'
