From January to August, real estate development investment decreased by 10.2%, the decline was the same as July; the sales area of commodity housing decreased by 18%, narrowing the decline by 0.6 percentage points; the sales value of commodity housing decreased by 23.6%, narrowing the decline by 0.7 percentage points; the area of newly started construction of houses decreased by 22.5%, narrowing the decline by 0.7 percentage points. From these changes, it can be seen that the current real estate market continues to be in a state of adjustment.
