Bohai Leasing announced that its holding subsidiary, Avolon Holdings Limited, plans to acquire 100% equity of Castlelake Aviation Limited through its wholly-owned subsidiary. The transaction has been approved by the company's board of directors and the counterparty, with a transaction price of approximately 1.221 billion US dollars, equivalent to approximately 8.673 billion yuan. The transaction needs to pass anti-monopoly reviews in the USA, Colombia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. After the acquisition is completed, Avolon will integrate the business of CAL, hold all the shares of CAL, and include it in the consolidated financial statements. The transaction funds will be sourced from Avolon's own funds or self-raised funds.
