Tatwah Smartech Announcement: Shareholder Cai Xiaoru, who holds more than 5% of the shares, has received the decision on corrective measures issued by the Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau. Upon investigation, Cai Xiaoru reduced the proportion of company shares by 1% from June 30, 2022 to October 10, 2023, but failed to disclose this in accordance with the regulations. In addition, as of November 8, 2023, Cai Xiaoru's shareholding ratio decreased to 7.22%, a 5% decrease compared to the latest disclosed shareholding ratio of 12.23% in the Simplified Equity Change Form. However, Cai Xiaoru did not cease trading and fulfill reporting and announcement obligations, and continued to reduce the shareholding to 7.20%. The Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to impose corrective regulatory measures on Cai Xiaoru.
