Nine platform companies, including Baidu, jd.com, Meituan, pdd holdings, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Taobao Tmall, ali health, and Kwai, reported on the compliance and governance of online sales of medical instruments. The meeting emphasized that all platform companies should continue to strengthen their awareness as the main body of management for the online sales of medical instruments, effectively fulfill their responsibilities as the main body for online sales management, proactively identify and resolve risks and hidden dangers, and ensure the quality and safety of online sales of medical instruments. The meeting encouraged platform companies to actively contribute to the legislation and governance of medical instruments, working together to ensure the safety of the public's online purchase and use of instruments.
