Zhao Qi resigned from the positions of Chairman, Director, Chairman of the Strategic Planning and Execution Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee due to job changes. The resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors. Zhao Qi does not hold any company shares. The company will complete the election of directors and the election of a new chairman as soon as possible.
