ST Zhongrun announcement: On September 11th, the company and the Yantai branch received a subpoena and lawsuit materials from the Muping District People's Court of Yantai City, involving a loan contract dispute. The plaintiff Yantai Shengrui Investment Co., Ltd. requested that the defendant one (Zhongrun Yantai branch) and defendant two (*ST Zhongrun) immediately repay the loan principal of 0.189 billion yuan and interest of 28.0804 million yuan (calculated until June 30, 2024, and thereafter calculated according to this standard until the actual payment date of the funds). The case has not yet been heard in court, and the final actual impact shall be subject to the judgment of the court. The company will disclose information in a timely manner according to the progress of the litigation.
