Bank of America's global research economist for Europe, Evelyn Herrmann, said that due to inflation continuing to be lower than expected, we expect the European Central Bank's interest rate cuts to continue until 2026. Bank of America expects the European Central Bank to reduce the deposit interest rate by 25 basis points on Thursday, and then cut interest rates by another 25 basis points in December, followed by 5 more rate cuts in 2025.
