Huagong Tech (000988), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huagong Tech, announced on its official WeChat account that on September 11th, at the CIOE2024 China Optoelectronics Exhibition, Huagong Zhengyuan launched two new generation high-end module products based on self-developed silicon light with a speed of 1.6T. The two newly launched 1.6T optical modules are equipped with self-developed 200G single-wavelength silicon optical chips. Among them, the 1.6T OSFP (DSP) module product is based on the industry's most advanced 5nm 200Gbps PAM-4 DSP for electrical interfaces, designed to be compatible with thin-film lithium niobate modulators and quantum dot lasers; while the 1.6T LPO optical module is the first in the industry to achieve high-performance Tx TP2 optical eye diagrams and Rx TP4 electrical eye diagrams. Both module products are suitable for 2x800G applications for 1.6T Ethernet and unlimited bandwidth systems.
