Xiamen Intretech Inc. announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through the secondary market using its own funds, for the purpose of cancellation and reduction of registered capital. The repurchase price will not exceed 17 yuan per share, with a total amount of funds not less than 80 million yuan and not exceeding 0.13 billion yuan. It is estimated that the repurchased shares will account for 0.6053% to 0.9836% of the total share capital. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting. The company's controlling shareholder and actual controller have no plans to reduce their holdings.
