After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 18.6565% equity of Neuron Company. Neuron Company focuses on the design and development of industrial network chips and wireless baseband chips, with its products successfully applied in new energy autos, aviation, and other fields. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, which still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting.
