Jutze Technology announcement, Chairman Yang Yong proposed that the company repurchase no less than 0.2 billion yuan and no more than 0.4 billion yuan of ordinary shares of RMB through the centralized competitive bidding method. The repurchased shares will be used for employee stock ownership plans, stock-based incentives, or for converting convertible enterprise bonds. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date the board of directors approves the plan.
