Due to personal reasons, Liu Jiang applied to resign from the position of supervisor and will no longer hold any position in the company. According to relevant regulations, Liu Jiang's resignation did not result in the number of the Supervisory Board falling below the legal minimum. The resignation will take effect from the date of delivery to the Supervisory Board. Liu Jiang's originally appointed term as supervisor was from May 2023 to May 2026, and there were no unfulfilled commitments. As of the date of the announcement, Liu Jiang did not hold any stocks of the company.
