It is understood that the jd.com (Dengzhou) smart logistics park project has a total investment of 610 million yuan, a land area of 186.13 acres, and a building area of 150,000 square meters. Currently, four branded express delivery companies including jd.com, YTO Express, Yunda Express, and Jitu Express have settled in, with a cumulative usage area of nearly 50,000 square meters.
