According to the National Space Administration, on September 5th, at the 2nd Deep Space Exploration (Tianfu) International Conference, Li Guoping, the chief engineer of the China National Space Administration, and Mamadou Kair of the Senegal Space Agency, signed an agreement on cooperation on the International Lunar Research Station. The Deep Space Exploration Laboratory, together with the Belgrade Astronomical Observatory in Serbia, Spacetalk in Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates Orbital Space Company, the Panama Space Science and Innovation Center, the University of Bandan Nanying in Indonesia, the National University of Science and Technology in Pakistan, the Belt and Road Science and Technology Association, the South African Radio Astronomy Observatory, the African Space Development Foundation, and the Africa Business Alliance, 10 international institutions have signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation on the International Lunar Research Station.
