Wuxi Huadong Heavy Machinery announced that shareholders Fenghu Huizhong and Hexie Zhicheng signed a stock transfer agreement with Beijing Haoying Wealth Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haoying Mingyu No. 6 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund") on September 2, 2024. Fenghu Huizhong intends to transfer its 15,500,000 shares of Huadong Heavy Machinery to Haoying Mingyu No. 6 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund managed by Beijing Haoying Wealth Investment Management Co., Ltd., accounting for 1.54% of the total share capital of the company; Hexie Zhicheng intends to transfer its 35,000,000 shares of Huadong Heavy Machinery to Haoying Mingyu No. 6 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund through the agreement, accounting for 3.47% of the total share capital of the company. After this change in equity, Haoying Mingyu No. 6 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund holds 50,500,000 shares of the company, accounting for 5.01% of the total share capital.
