According to the recent research summary of the national silicon industry group, in terms of production capacity planning, the total production capacity of 300mm silicon wafers has reached 0.5 million pieces per month by the first half of 2024. It is expected to complete the production capacity construction target of 0.6 million pieces per month by the end of the year, and will further add 0.6 million pieces per month on the existing basis, ultimately reaching 1.2 million pieces per month.
