The "Advanced Material Production Base Project," a fundraising project located in Suzhou New District Hi-tech Industrial, is expected to be completed and put into production in 2025. This project will be mainly used for the production of structurally-functional modular products such as ceramic heaters and electrostatic chucks, and is expected to significantly increase the production capacity of ceramic heaters and electrostatic chucks after being put into production.
