On August 29, Song Hailiang, the party secretary and chairman of China Energy Construction, met with Almasadam Satakaliyev, the Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan, at the company's headquarters. Song Hailiang stated that China Energy Construction is willing to continue upholding the principle of "if Kazakhstan has demand, China Energy Construction has advantages, both sides have consensus, and cooperation is a win-win", deepening cooperation in the fields of new energy development, traditional energy upgrading, gas power generation, and high-voltage direct current grids, providing systematic solutions and intensive services for Kazakhstan's green energy transformation, creating more benchmark projects and model engineering for the Belt and Road Initiative concept, and helping to build a community of shared future between China and Kazakhstan.
