Yongmaotai (605208) announced on the evening of August 27th that, after consultation with the government of Yanshan County, Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, both parties have reached a consensus and decided to terminate the investment and construction of an annual production of 0.2 million tons of silicon-aluminum alloy and deep processing project in Yanshan County. Due to factors such as market conditions, raw material security, and energy recognition, continuing to promote this project will not achieve the expected goals. Yongmaotai also disclosed in its semi-annual report that the company achieved a net income of 35.4729 million yuan, an increase of 1236.27% compared to the same period last year.
