After investigation, the company's announcement on March 20, 2024, "Announcement on Correction of Accounting Errors in Previous Periods of the Company", showed that there were errors in the method used by the company to recognize business income for the subsidiary, which sells charging stations to customers through third-party production. Such business should be accounted for using the "net amount method", but the company erroneously used the "gross amount method." The aforementioned accounting errors resulted in an overstatement of both revenue and cost of goods sold in the 2023 semi-annual report by 0.101 billion yuan, accounting for 8.58% and 9.17% of the adjusted revenue and cost of goods sold for the reporting period, respectively; in the third quarter report of 2023, the aforementioned errors resulted in an overstatement of both revenue and cost of goods sold by 0.265 billion yuan for the first three quarters, accounting for 13.55% and 14.39% of the adjusted revenue and cost of goods sold for the reporting period, respectively.
