It was found that the company had multiple illegal facts, including improper accounting treatment of the service provider rebate business of Kaidianbao Technology Group Co., Ltd., which led to the virtual reduction of cost of goods sold and the virtual increase of prepaid accounts receivable in 2021. The Jilin Regulatory Bureau of China Securities Regulatory Commission decided to give the company a warning and impose a fine of 2 million yuan; give a warning to Chairman Wang Yongbin and impose a fine of 0.6 million yuan; give a warning to CFO Chen Daojun and impose a fine of 0.5 million yuan.
