According to China Oilfield Services, the self-developed storage-type downhole visualization technology has successfully completed the first industry application at sea. The technology enables the visual tool to enter the well with the column while possessing self-cleaning function with circulation. Compared with the traditional cable-style downhole visual technology, this technology has obvious advantages of not being limited by well inclination, being flexible and able to improve the downhole visual environment through circulation.
