The assets to be sold are 80.20% equity of Pingmei Longji, held by the company, and the assets to be purchased are 100.00% equity of Pingmei Photovoltaic, held by Pingmei Longji. The transaction prices are based on the evaluation results, with a total of about 0.874 billion yuan.
