The board of directors agreed that Huang Hengju would invest 10 million yuan in the target company based on a pre-investment valuation of 0.3 billion yuan, and subscribe to 0.333333 million British pounds of new registered capital (a total of 3.2258% equity in the target company), with any investment exceeding the registered capital contributed to the target company's capital reserve. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of the target company will increase from 10 million pounds to 10.333333 million pounds, and the company's equity stake in the target company will decrease from 85% to 82.2581%. The target company will continue to be a subsidiary of the company and be included in the consolidated financial statements of the company.
