The land will be used for the construction of the phosphorus-fluorine new materials mineralization and integration industrial park project. The transaction does not involve related party transactions or constitute a major asset restructuring. The funding source is from Sierte New Energy Company's own funds and will not affect the normal operation of the company's existing business.
