Hunan Lead Power Technology Group announced that, to meet their daily operation and office needs, its wholly-owned subsidiary Dazhi Chemical intends to renew the "Property Lease Contract" and the "Lease Contract" with Dazhi New Materials for the leased premises to be used for Dazhi Chemical's office, factory, and warehouse. According to the agreed rent and lease term in the "Property Lease Contract" and "Lease Contract", the two lease contracts amount to 1.1424 million yuan and 700,000 yuan respectively, with a total amount of 1.8424 million yuan. Mr. Cai Zhihua holds 31.12% of the company's shares and is the second-largest shareholder, holding 100% of the equity of Dazhi New Materials and directly controlling Dazhi New Materials. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction.
