The June CPI report in USA will provide further clues to cool down inflation.

Breakings ·  19:14

According to reports, economists, investors, and Fed officials are becoming increasingly optimistic about the almost-controlled inflation in the United States, and the June CPI report will provide further evidence. A survey by data provider FactSet of economists showed that US June CPI will rise slightly by 0.1% month-on-month, mainly due to the decline in natural gas prices and the small increase in food and grocery costs. The year-on-year increase in June CPI will decrease from 3.3% in May to 3.1%. Core CPI is expected to rise by 0.2% month-on-month and 3.4% year-on-year. When core CPI rises by 0.2% or less month-on-month, it usually aligns with the Fed's inflation target.
