On the afternoon of July 6th, during the 2024 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC 2024), Sina Technology interviewed Yang Xinwei, the head of Netease Lingdong. He stated that Netease Lingdong, which was first unveiled at this year's exhibition, is a robot brand launched by Netease Fuxi based on self-developed industrial large-scale models and AOP technology concepts, with two core products: excavator robots and loader robots. It is reported that the Netease Lingdong excavator robot currently has automation functions such as automatic loading, one-key slope brushing, one-key level ground, automatic dumping, and track navigation. At present, the excavator robot has achieved normal operation in extreme environments, with a single continuous automation operation of more than 10 hours, and a comprehensive efficiency of a single machine reaching more than 80% of that of a human operator. In April of this year, Netease Lingdong also successfully won the "Xuzhou City Engineering Machinery Industry List Leading Technology Research and Development Project" and further deepened cooperation with Xugong Group in the field of construction machinery intelligence. Next, Netease Lingdong will work with Xugong to explore the forefront trend of construction machinery intelligence and customize the development of unmanned cluster management systems for engineering machinery in multiple scenarios.
