证监会:已将江苏舜天、ST锦港等案件依法移送公安机关

Recently, China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) announced administrative punishments and prior notifications for five listed companies' violations of financial fraud, major shareholder occupation of funds and other information disclosure violations based on their comprehensive illegal circumstances and degree of responsibility. The CSRC has recently transferred the Jiangsu Sainty Corp., Ltd. and ST Jinkang cases to the public security organs in accordance with the law. For other cases suspected of crimes, the CSRC will strictly follow the provisions of the 'Standards for the Filing and Prosecution of Criminal Cases by the Public Security Organs under the Jurisdiction of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Ministry of Public Security (II)' and will promptly transfer them to the public security organs for resolute criminal responsibility. For those who meet the conditions for civil liability, the CSRC will initiate civil liability proceedings through a series of investor compensation and relief systems such as supporting litigation centers, representative litigation, and substitution litigation, and will support investors' litigation and rights protection in accordance with the law. For the Jiangsu Sainty Corp., Ltd. case, the relevant court has officially accepted the supporting investor lawsuit application submitted by the litigation service center, and will subsequently initiate civil liability proceedings in accordance with the law.
