On July 3rd, the Beijing Property Rights Exchange's property rights transfer information showed that China National Nuclear Corporation Limited (referred to as CGN Power) publicly listed the transfer of its 6.6 million shares in Huatai Insurance Group Co., Ltd. (accounting for 0.1641% of the total share capital) at a transfer price of RMB 72.37 million. CGN Power is a centrally administered enterprise supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The transfer of Huatai Insurance Stock by CGN Power is a "clearance sale." CGN Power approved the transfer plan of Huatai Insurance Stock at the 8th meeting of the General Manager's Office in 2024. According to the equity transfer information, the intended transferee must pay a transaction deposit of RMB 21.71 million to the designated account of the BSE within 3 working days after the confirmation of the transferee qualification. If the intended transferee fails to pay the deposit within the specified time, the transferee qualification shall be deemed to have been waived.
