The China Securities Association has recently launched a statistical survey of the operational situation of brokerage research report issuance business in 2023, in order to objectively reflect the development of relevant business and promote healthy business development. It is reported that this survey aims to comprehensively review the operation of the brokerage research business, with statistical items covering not only the organizational structure and human resource allocation of the research department, but also multiple dimensions such as the composition of the analyst team, the efficiency of the research sales department, the role of the chief economist, overseas research layout, customer coverage and commission income, research report output, and external expert services, similar to previous years.
