Zhenyu Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Fonster, intends to jointly invest with acma to establish a joint venture company, Jiaxing Acma New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. The target company plans to invest a total amount of about 25 million yuan, of which Suzhou Fonster intends to invest 15 million yuan and acma intends to invest 10 million yuan. The investment methods include but are not limited to making contributions to the target company. The target company is mainly engaged in the business of anaerobic adhesive and promoter for motor cores.
