Currently, the Qintian Intelligent Body Platform has become a solid force behind the sustainable development of Lenovo Group. With the help of intelligent body-enabled product planning, intelligent transformation, precision marketing, and intelligent customer service, Lenovo's long-tail product expected profit contribution has increased by 2%, and the decision-making time for transformation has been reduced from several days to within two hours, with a success rate increased by 80%, marketing ROI increased by 78%, and seat service efficiency increased by 17%.
