On the afternoon of June 27th, Lenovo Group released its 'Environmental, Social and Governance Report for the 2023/24 fiscal year' (ESG report), marking its 18th ESG report. The report demonstrates Lenovo's green, ethical and responsible ESG philosophy, guiding its efforts to create a more sustainable and people-oriented intelligent future in the era of AI. In the ESG report, Lenovo Group has for the first time included biodiversity issues. During the reporting period, Lenovo Group applied AI technology to the protection of rare animals such as the Yangtze River Finless Porpoise, Snow Leopard, and Rabocle, and worked with authoritative institutions to create the world's first Yangtze River Finless Porpoise ecological map and observation guide. In addition, Lenovo Group also created a smart protector station for the Plateau Elf in Qinghai, and through AI innovation, created a replicable intelligent ecological protection model.
