Based on this data, the partial equity tender offer successfully conducted by Hisense for Kelin Electric indicates that it is likely to obtain the controlling stake of the listed company. Previously, Hisense had already accumulated a voting right of 24.51% of the listed company, and with this partial tender offer, it will reach a proportion of 44.51%.
