At the same time, we will also guide central enterprises to make good use of existing relevant policies, focus on their main responsibilities and businesses, combine their own advantages and conditions, use venture capital funds to increase investment in industry-leading companies, technology transfer and small and medium-sized enterprises in the upper and lower reaches of the industry chain focusing on science and technology, encourage investment in early stages, small projects, long-term projects and hard technology, play the role of patient capital in the long run, support strategic emerging industries and future industries, help cultivate and develop new quality productive forces, and further promote high-quality development of the real economy.
